Orangeriet (Kronprinsessegade 13, Copenhagen) – house in an old glass house within King’s Garden, this is a cozy and relaxed restaurant that offers Danish “smørrebrød”, shrimp sandwiches for lunch and scallops, foie gras and entrecote in the evening. The light-colored interior decor, chic and simple designer furniture and aromatic orange trees give the locale a unique air. Orangeriet’s chef Jasper Kure has won accolades for his typically Danish cuisine.
